01 — How do I order?
Pick your item, colour and size, add it to the cart, and check out. Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you would rather order that way.
02 — What sizes do you carry?
Tracksuits, anoraks, hoodies and tees run S to XXL. Crop sets run XS to XL. Caps are one size with an adjustable strap. Garment measurements are on the size guide — measure a garment you already own and compare, it is more reliable than guessing.
03 — Between two sizes?
Our hoodies and tees are cut oversized on purpose, so take the smaller size if you want a normal fit. Tracksuits fit true to size. Message us with your usual size and we will tell you what we would send.
04 — How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days by courier, anywhere in South Africa. R95, or free over R1,500.
05 — Can I return something?
Yes. 7 days to change your mind under the ECTA cooling-off right, and 6 months if a garment is faulty under CPA s56. The returns page sets out both, including who pays the shipping in each case.
06 — How do I care for the garments?
Wash printed items inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly over a print. Shell tracksuits are water-resistant — no fabric softener, it strips the finish.
07 — Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not at the moment. If you are outside South Africa, message us and we will tell you if that changes.
08 — Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually, but not always — some colourways are one-off drops. WhatsApp us with the item and colour and we will tell you whether it is coming back.
